Free or subsidised Polish courses

Check project eligibility, current recruitment and what the funding really covers.

Look for a current local offer

Check your municipality, regional integration services, public employment office and established organisations for current recruitment. National programme information can explain funding but is not itself a personal course application. An old announcement or an expired recruitment page does not prove that places are available now; contact the actual local organiser.

Check whether you qualify

Ask about the project’s residence, age, regional connection and migration-status conditions and the documents required. Conditions differ between projects and may include joining the project before course registration. UKR, a PESEL number or lawful residence alone does not establish entitlement to every free course. Give accurate information and ask about a waiting list if places are full.

Clarify the funded services

Confirm whether teaching, materials, online access and any examination fees are included. Ask separately about transport, childcare and adapted learning arrangements; do not assume they are funded. Read attendance, cancellation and reporting rules and check whether withdrawal or absence has consequences. Use the official organiser’s payment and communication details if any charge is requested.

Choose an alternative when necessary

If the project does not fit your situation, ask for another intake, local provider, library activity or an affordable course. NAWA programmes have their own target groups and applications, rather than universal admission. Applicants in the reception system should ask UdSC about their separate language support. Keep the course decision separate from any residence or benefit application.
